Aethiopis is a European salvia with evergreen base foliage similar to Argentea but leaf margins are more toothed. Flowers are white.
It is very cold and drought hardy in a well drained sunny position. Could only live two years unless it is a very cold area.
Seeds set so readily it is banned in a few parts of the U.S. and also in Western Australia however I don’t think it would be a problem for most people. If it is cut the stalk out after flowering.
