A pleasant dark green leafed creeping evergreen with royal blue flowers.  If given plenty of space it will stay about half a metre high but if crowded could go up to 1m.

Cacaliifolia will frost under -2C.

Pruning: Stems can be cut back near the base in spring or a couple of stems taken out from time to time.

HOME: High areas of Chiapas, Mexico and neighbouring countries.
