‘Omaha Gold’ is a variegated version of ‘Costa Rican Blue’. Because it is variegated it doesn’t grow as vigorously as “CR Blue’ but it has the same very popular blue purple flowers mostly winter/spring. The variegation shows most in winter.
‘Omaha Gold’ is drought hardy if it is never given a lot of water but it will burn possibly below minus 2C.
It could be cut right back in summer. Propagation is by cuttings.
